Shipping Information

If your payment is successful, you will immediately see the "Order Confirmed" page with a summary of the products purchased, some useful information, and the order number.

If you do not receive any email, please ensure that the email entered at checkout is correct and active. Due to high traffic during drops, the email may arrive a few minutes late.

If the system does not accept your order, we advise you to check that the transaction was successful. You can always contact us for further assistance (2sidesshop@gmail.com).

The order is processed only after the payment has been registered. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it is dispatched. If you do not receive the email, please check your "spam" folder or contact our Customer Care.

A further email with the courier link will be sent to you when the goods leave our warehouse.

Orders that have been placed and processed cannot be modified. However, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a modification request can be made via email to Customer Service, who reserves the right to decide on the matter independently. Two Sides reserves the right to refuse an order if PayPal is unable to receive verification from the Customer's bank.

It is not possible to combine multiple orders into a single shipment because our order management system automatically generates a waybill for each order.

Requests related to orders from accounts other than those from which the purchase originated cannot be processed.


Shipping

Deliveries are made by GLS courier.

Shipping costs, unless special promotions are communicated to customers on all social channels, are:

Italy: €5.90

Europe (EEC): calculated at checkout

Worldwide: calculated at checkout

Some countries may incur additional shipping costs due to geopolitical reasons.


Delivery Times

Orders for products available in the warehouse are processed and delivered to the courier as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 working days from the order confirmation received via email.

All orders are shipped via GLS express courier, with the following delivery times:

Italy: delivery in 1-3 working days from the shipping date

Europe (EEC): delivery in 2-5 working days from the shipping date

Worldwide: delivery in 1-5 working days from the shipping date

Shipping Address

To ensure correct delivery times, please fill in all required fields for the shipping address. We ask you to enter the name of the company, offices, or public businesses and their opening hours when it is not a home delivery. Two Sides is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the customer's address. For any information, please contact our Customer Care: 2sidesshop@gmail.com.

A processed order already entrusted to the courier can only have its address changed by contacting GLS courier at 800.184.726


Damaged or Tampered Packaging

Two Sides is not responsible for any delays or damage to products. If you receive damaged or tampered packaging, we ask you to refuse the delivery or, if applicable, sign with reservations. It is strongly recommended to photograph the packaging before and after opening the package itself. If the products are damaged, please contact GLS courier at 800.184.726

Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 2 days of delivery by sending an email to Customer Care.


Problem with the received order

In case of an incorrect/missing/defective item, contact us at 2sidesshop@gmail.com, indicating the order number and missing products or images of the incorrect/defective item. In the latter case, state your preference between item replacement and refund.


Customer's failure to collect

In the event of failure to collect the goods held in the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated inability to deliver, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the courier will return the package to our premises. In this case, the customer is required to reimburse Two Sides for the double shipping costs (outbound to the Customer and return to the premises).


Other Information

In case of refusal of delivery, or in case of inability to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to Two Sides, shipping costs for delivery and return of the goods and customs duties will be deducted from the refund. GLS provides for a second delivery attempt in case the recipient is absent. Subsequently, the order will be stored at the nearest warehouse. Storage costs may be charged to the customer if delivery cannot be finalized due to any customer-related issue.
